Who am i?

By now, most people know me, but for those who are new here—my name is Mario, and I’m the Founder of Checking & Teching Electric.

A question I get asked all the time is:

“What do you actually do?”

Well… I’m not your average electrician. ️

When most people hear “electrician,” they think of residential electrical work—and yes, I do that too.

Panel change-out? I got you.

️Distribution problem? I got you.

New construction or remodel? I got you.

But what really separates me from many electricians is my experience with HVAC/R, Automation, and Controls.

That means I don’t just install electrical equipment—I understand how to diagnose the systems behind it.

Motors.

Blowers.

Pumps.

Heaters.

Contactors.

VFDs.

PLCs.

Relays.

Controls.

And the electrical systems that make them all work together.

If you’re a business owner, facility manager, contractor, or company dealing with a machine or piece of equipment that isn’t working, chances are there’s an electrical, control, or automation component involved.

That’s where I come in.

My goal isn’t to just replace a part and hope for the best. I want to find the root cause, diagnose the problem, and get the equipment operating correctly.
